The Hayashi Single Grain whisky is a stunning representation of Japanese whisky, crafted using the rich traditions of the Ryukyu islands.
This exceptional whisky is made by fermenting the highest quality indica rice, just as it has been done for centuries to create awamori.
It is then left to mature in barrels, where it is invigorated by the lush Okinawa air, accelerating the aging process and creating a unique flavor profile.
